Get stuff TO the plus4

Hi, I see this subforum have years between the post, but I dare to ask anyway.

I have a plus/4, 1531 and 1551. I also have a 1541 and a xu1541 so I can transfer to disk. I also have anything needed to send wav -> 1531.

However, I'm looking for (the best) software to transfer TAP and PRG to disk. Either through wav and somehow store it to disk on the plus/4, or through the 1541 or directly on the PC.

Any ideas?
