2MHzVICE.zip
This is a patch for VICE version 1.20 that enables 2MHz for both
the 8502 and Z80 CPUs. If you are using Windows, first
install VICE 1.20 (available below as vice120.zip),
then copy 'x128.exe' from this patch into the VICE folder
(answer yes when it asks to replace the existing file).
If you are not using Windows (or would like to build with
Windows), you will first need to download the source distribution
(available below as vice-1.20.tar.gz). Next copy the 'src' folder
from this patch into the VICE folder (answer yes if asked to replace
files). Finally you can build the executable with steps
appropriate for your system.
Notes regarding the implementation are provided with the patch in
a text file.
